Spent all day driving around San Diego looking at vehicles, going back and forth with dealers. Lots of the same oh let me get my business card then the “manager” comes out to tries to suck you into the office to run numbers. I called Wesley and asked him a couple of questions then paid him a visit. There was minimal back and forth. I told him what I was looking for we found a vehicle that perfect for my son. When it came to the numbers he was upfront and very easy to work with, not a lot of smoking mirrors. DEFINITELY will be buying my next cars from him and encourage people to give him a call.

Noe Garcia and the Service Dept offer great service. I like the online invoicing and notifications. I do not like the very high costs of simple things like air and cabin filters and fuel additives.

I came here a few weeks ago to buy a vehicle and although I left with the car, everyone was friendly and it was an okay experience, I feel like I should let the downside be known. As I was working out the deal with the manager, I let it be known that I did not want any add ons or package for the vehicle as it was unnecessary and extra money I didnt want to spend. However, he told me there was some add ons that I couldn’t reject and had to pay for because they were “pre installed” and they couldn’t be taken out. It annoyed me and felt like a way to get more money out of people, but fine I guess I had no choice. Weeks later, I have an appointment for someone to come ACTIVATE the PRE INSTALLED security system. When the guy comes, it’s taking longer than I thought it would for just an activation so I ask the guy about it and he said “Oh if I was here for an activation, I would’ve been done in a minute, I’m installing the security system so it’s gonna take some time”. How great, I was forced to pay for something that I didnt want because it was supposedly pre installed but it never was. Also, when I got the vehicle, I made it known that there was corrosion on the battery that I wanted checked and cleaned. The salesman told me he’d make an appointment for me and have the service center reach out, they never did so when I came back to the dealer 3 days later and asked if the appointment was made, he said he never got to it and told me to go to the service center and make the appointment after I finish my paperwork. Later on, he tells me, “actually I’ll head over there and make the appointment and I’ll reach out to you and let you know the info” which he never did. I’m just grateful I was able to get the vehicle, thanks to Jeff and everything he had to do to make it work financially.
