I went through an online site that gave me this dealership as an option for selling my 2008 Scion Tc. They were very nice on the phone, said they might be able to give me $1,600 but that was not firm until they saw the car. I drove it down from Oceanside. Everyone I encountered there was very nice, quick to greet you. They sat me down and offered water or coffee. I gave them the keys to check out the car. They came back and said due to the cosmetic damage all over the car that they could only go up to $1,100. That was ok by me since it would probably cost them several hundred dollars to get new tires and another several hundred to repair all the small dents and dings. I was going to take the offer until I found they couldn't cut a check/draft right away. It was Friday so I said I could come back Monday or Tuesday but they said no matter what day, it would take at least a day to get one to me. I had to refuse since I didn't feel comfortable with that and already had a $1,200 offer from Carmax which does pay right away. I was impressed with how fast they were, how thorough. The showroom was clean with seats for waiting and restrooms close by. If someone I know wants to buy a Hyundai in the future, I would tell them to put this on their list of local Hyundai dealerships.
