Okay experience but Jack was inexperienced and tried some really awful tactics, like guilting me after giving me a snack, "good thing I brought my lunch today" but the best part was test driving a Prius prime and him telling me that it wasn't a hybrid. Maybe do a little research on what you're selling, bro. I drove two hours to get the car and couldn't bring it home that night because they dont detail used cars until after they sell (weird, right?) and so he begrudgingly offered to meet me a half hour away from the dealership, which would save me an hour of travel time. Once I agreed to this, he told me that was a whole hour of his time where he wouldn't be able to sell any cars. Umm... because you're selling a car dude. xxx. Another highlight is him and a manager asking me to pull up similar cars that are cheaper, I was able to easily to do so and call their bluff. BEST PART... going to pick it up and about to drive off the lot and the car wouldn't start. Battery was dead. Jack left the headlights on for us. And couldn't even stay until close to give me the keys. Oh and I just found out they didn't include the POWER CORD for my plug in Prius. Reached out and nothing back. I''ll keep the negative reviews coming and post as many as possible!!!!

I am 100 percent, a fan of Pedder of Poway. A fantastic car buying experience from start to finish. I had a bad experience at Dalton Hyundai but I still wanted a Hyundai. So I started researching as I healed emotionally from a bad Dalton experience. I tried a website for invoice pricing and it offered me the internet department of Pedder. What a blessing in my journey. I was lucky my first contact was Kristina. What an amazing caring person. She represents Pedder well. She was an active listener and promised a different experience. She proved everything she promised. I was impressed Wesley got involved and confirmed her promises and made me an offer that got me to drive to Poway. I had a list of dealers to visit and because of Kristina, Pedder got moved up in my pecking order This changed the whole buying journey. I arrived at Pedder. A nice looking building. The service department was busy. Happy customers waiting as they drank coffee. A good sign I felt immediately comfortable that I could see myself in a chair drinking coffee awaiting service. What a friendly dealership. I met Jack. A great guy and so laid back. He was helpful and had a very straight forward presentation. His feature benefit selling style was refreshing and old school. I bought Kristina and Jack and Pedder. I love my Kona I am blessed to have met such a great person. He was amazing. I actually felt cared for and a bit different from Dalton. Lol. Jack was personable A perfect representative for me. He answered every question I had. He showed how the Hyundai features work while presenting feature benefit selling. He knows Hyundai and represents Pedder perfectly. He also was caring. He knew about Dalton as it was hard not to mention seven hours of xxxx. Pedder was the exact opposite experience. I wanted to buy a car here. I actually thought that at one point. Jack was the reason I bought my Kona from Pedder. Kristina was the reason I picked Pedder Any questions ? I feel I bought a great SUV from a great dealership. It's all about the people that represent you. I feel you're in good hands . I was a bottom feeder as a car buyer. I felt like I was treated like royalty. Thank you Pedder. I think the best way to reward these two superstars is through my referral program. After my positive experience at Pedder I expect I'll convince someone to visit I know with Kristina and Jack they're in good hands. Thank you Pedder.. We were looking to buy a Hyundai Tucson. We were given run around by other Hyundai dealerships so decided to give Pedder Poway Hyundai a try. Ryan and his team were awesome to work with. They treated us with respect and were extremely transparent with pricing. We agreed with price via text messages.No sale pressure or upsale tactics. Ryan had the car we wanted ready at the dealership for test drive as soon as we came. Joel got all the financial documents ready as soon as we decided to purchase. Pedder was great to work with. Our disappointment is with Hyundai in general. We have taken the car in for this problem twice before and both times they said they could not find a problem. Not until it was out of warranty were they now able to identify scan codes that dictated an $600 plus repair.

Thinh provided exemplary customer service and went over and above to fix an issue with my car. Absolutely made my day!!

You guys have all my maintenance records as I do my I maintenance with you guys so why would you try to recommend me a $300 service based on timing when you can easily look through the records and see that it was just completed. Makes me feel like you are trying to scam me. Even years prior, I changed my cabin air and engine air filters right before service and you told me the tech recommends replacement of those items which is why I stopped going to you guys for a few years. And now the problem is still there with you guys recommending me service I don't need with a coolant exchange when you guys did two in the last two years, one for a check and one for a motor swap. I'm only not more upset because Jason and Thinh are usually great and super helpful but I'm frustrated you guys keep trying to take every dollar out of me for things I don't need

Noe always makes things better. Noe makes things easy, not scary and he genuinely cares.
