I had an amazing experience at Poway Hyundai buying my very first brand-new car, and I truly could not have asked for a better memory of such an important moment. Juan Aranda was my salesperson, and he was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. He was kind, patient, charming, and very professional, never pushy or aggressive like some salespeople can be. He assisted me during the whole transaction and made everything feel comfortable and easy. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly friendly and welcoming, from the manager (I unfortunately don’t remember his name) to Khaled, who wasn’t even my salesperson but still made me feel like I could count on him if I ever needed anything. George from finance was also extremely kind and helpful while handling all the paperwork and contract process. One of the sweetest moments happened while I was waiting and talking with Juan during the test drive. We started chatting about life and hobbies, and I mentioned that I dance salsa and bachata. When it was finally time to deliver my car and I turned it on for the first time, Juan had already set up a special bachata song playing for me. It was such a thoughtful and personal detail, and honestly something I’ll always remember. Those little details are what make a truly great salesperson and a great dealership experience. From beginning to end, Jason M., a service advisor at Pedder Hyundai in Poway, provided me with exemplary customer service. On the same day I had my car towed to this dealership after my engine completely seized, he was able to obtain approval for a remanufactured engine replacement under an extended warranty. He provided a loaner car and kept me informed of the results of their inspection of my vehicle and recommended service needs.A little over one week later my car was ready for pick-up. Jason was very supportive, respectful, and responsive during the entire process and went out of his way to ensure that I was treated fairly and honestly. My experience with him was a far more positive experience than my previous interactions with another local Hyundai dealership's service department. Pedder Hyundai is certainly fortunate to have Jason as an employee.

Wesley was happy and eager to work with us - refreshing after dealing with other dealerships that acted like they were doing us a favor by talking to us, if they were even getting back to me. We were here last saturday 6/6/26 and went home very happy. I love this branch. They have a very nice, helpful and knowledgable staffs. Look for Moses, he helped us all through out the process from test driving until the end. The process was smooth and very forward.
