Jason has always been so kind and considerate and has always positive and always willing to help. We are just extremely disappointed that Hyundai could not help us to help get our peeling paint car repainted under some sort of warranty or extended . It makes no sense. I feel like we're driving around in a car that ABSOLUTELY does not represent who we are. I am extremely careful with making sure the car is always well maintained especially now after my husbands stroke. I am it. It's all my responsibility -tires, fluids, not a dent in it. Everything I can take care of I am able to do but the paint coming off and paper plate sizes is simply unbelievable. Hyundai cannot help us is just such a disappointment. We were told we are out of warranty range -but the engine was replaced by Hyundai a year ago- catalytic converter replaced out of our pocket -the air conditioner went out. We've replaced everything. And this is how we end up driving it around looking like a circus. It didn't just start peeling it started a couple years ago, but never this big. We are broken hearted with Hyundai that's for sure.

I got the software update oil change and tire rotation all and just over an hour. I think that was a first for any dealership I've ever taken my car to.
