Customer service needs major improvement. The check in process for a service appointment takes longer than usual and only having one person working is not ideal when there is a line of people waiting. In addition, they sent over the wrong information of a car getting serviced alongside a spam text of someone wanting to buy a car.

Good, clean car, full charge, the only issue was a goofup where initially they gave update about a different car, so my car pickup got delayed by 1 day.

Noe is always helpful and thorough. When I came in recently for a major concern (no appointment), he immediately reassured me that he would have my vehicle inspected. Within less than 20 minutes he had a technician inspect the vehicle who discovered that the vehicle had no problems. I went for stressed out thinking I had an oil leak yo discovering all it was was condensation from the AC.

I had to wait for a week for a needed part to be ordered. Then took my car it to get it fixed. After several hours I was told the wrong part was ordered. So have to reorder and take car in again. What a waste of my time!!

I was able to leave my car the night before with no appointment. My car was taken care of fairly quickly. When I called to confirm something else get taken care of, they were more than accommodating. When my dad picked up my keys from Jason, he was very impressed with him. I felt very taken care of the entire time.
We are very impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff. They were all very helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Reuben was so helpful in finding the right model for our needs and then once we purchased the car, he made sure we had a full tank of gas and had the car washed before we left the lot. We can highly recommend this dealership.
