Door trim replaced and now I have wings since edges stick out. Trim bubbling , replaced and bubbling again. Software update on invoice says customer requested….i never requested. Software update glitch now and my vehicle jerks and shifts rough with crap gas mileage. 14mpg. My only disappointment was that the windshield wiper fluid compartment had not been filled.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was given a receipt that showed that everything was completed and come to find out. It was not completed although the long-term coverage is gonna be billed the sales person was horrible in communication took no ownership and just made excuses. Everything you see online at the “discounted” rate is essentially bait to get you to come in. They’re the classic dealership that has add-ons for random garbage like “paint protection” and “location services” etc. Add about 3 to 4 grand on top of the “discounted” price you see online, and that is what you can actually expect to pay plus TT&L. Already found better options via Carvana/Carmax and you’re not getting hassled with sleazy sales tactics.

I visited Pedder Hyundai of Poway on 7/31/2026 to purchase a used 2025 Honda CR-V EX that was advertised online for approximately $27,793. Before coming in, I reviewed the advertisement carefully and found no disclosure stating that the advertised price required the purchase of dealer-installed products or optional add-ons.
Once we arrived, the Sales Manager (Sam White) informed us that the advertised price was not actually available unless we purchased additional dealer products, including a nitrogen tire package. When I asked where that requirement was disclosed in the advertisement, no one could point to any such disclosure.
