Our salesman Vince was great. The person we worked with in finance, I can’t remember his name, was also great. However, the person we worked with to negotiate the price, was not. We had to repeatedly tell him that we did not want to pay for add-ons that we did not want, and thus we unnecessarily wasted a lot of time going back back-and-forth on negotiations that were not needed because we were not paying for the add ons.
As a single mom, I am used to getting the runaround from dealerships. Wesley and Moses worked with me from start to finish on getting me the numbers that worked for me and answering all of the questions I had regardless of how redundant I may have come across. Good service but after I was done my car wasn't washed, I saw other cars come out of service wet from being washed, then paper floor mat and service number were left inside my car.
Checkin is fast. Communication is done well. And the service is great. Yes it is.

If you're a Senior Citizen, I would stay away from this dealership! They will take every opportunity to take advantage of you with Add-on packing such as GPS Tracking and Special Coatongs. The FTC, Federal Trade Commission is going after Dealerships that do this. If you've taken out a loan you might not notice it that much but if yhou're paying cash you will.

Was told I had to pay to get my check engine light diagnosed even if it resulted in a manufacture warranty issue which is absurd to pay if the warranty is suppose to cover up to 100k miles which I was under. It felt like I was a dollar sign and there was no flexible or customer focused solution.
