The service department is amazing at Pedder Hyundai. I was given a total runaround at Kearny Mesa Hyundai--they told me they'd need to keep my car for *20 days*. I called Pedder Hyundai and Jason in the service department told me to come over right away. A few hours later, my car was serviced and fixed and I was on my way. I know, this sounds like a fake story written by a bot, or some kind of bad commercial, but I'm serious. Pedder Hyundai has my business from now on, and Kearny Mesa Hyundai can suck it.

Great customer service. They all are so accommodating and genuine. They worked with me to make the process of buying a new car painless and ensured I understood all my financing options.

I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair. They supposedly did a thorough evaluation. The sheet said my oil level was good. They refused to do any work on the car u set warranty. I brought it home. Replaced coils and plugs. When I checked the oil there was nothing on the dip stick. Absolutely nothing which made me think it was me. I ended up adding 3 quarts to get it full. They were exceptional to work with, very fair, very friendly and made the process seamless and smooth.

Process was straight forward, and each person in the process was helpful. Sales Consultant, the sales manager, and the finance manager each were helpful and answered questions relevant to the step they are responsible for. I’m not a fan of the upsell options offered but I understand that’s how they increase their margin.

Thinh is very helpful and I feel like he is honest in his approach to recommending service on my car. They get the work done quickly too!

Noe Garcia and the Service Dept offer great service. I like the online invoicing and notifications. I do not like the very high costs of simple things like air and cabin filters and fuel additives.

The service provided was excellent and greatly appreciated. After my oil change of earlier in the week my oil gage indicated that I was low on oil by Saturday afternoon. When I came in after 4:00pm on Saturday Noe insisted on addressing the matter himself and even had the car washed before returning it to me. Thank you so much!

Great service. They took care of me right away and provided quick transportation home and back. The oil change and replacing the defective seat belt were done in just a few hours.

Pedder Honda Service diagnosed my 2023 vehicle in under 24 hours, while Kearny Mesa and Escondido were quoting up to 10 days just to have it sit in their service lot waiting for a turn on their proprietary machine. It doesn’t make sense to be without a vehicle for that long just for a diagnosis. The extra 17-mile drive to Poway was absolutely worth it.
