Noe is always helpful and thorough. When I came in recently for a major concern (no appointment), he immediately reassured me that he would have my vehicle inspected. Within less than 20 minutes he had a technician inspect the vehicle who discovered that the vehicle had no problems. I originally brought my car to the shop in late April to fix a stalling issue. They claimed the crankshaft position sensor needed to be replaced and charged me almost $700. The car continued to suffer the same stalling problem afterwards tho. I brought the car back repeatedly and they claimed there was nothing wrong with it. Finally, after 4 and a half months and repeated visits, they said there's a problem with the ECU and wanted to charge me almost $1400. I said no, so after all these months and visits, I'm out almost $700 and the car is still broken.

Various contracts and warranties were added to my sales contract deceptively. When initial talks started, they gave me a monthly payment amount that was too high, however for private reasons I went ahead and said yes. The deal was dragging on, and I was getting extremely tired, and due to a disability, I was experiencing ever increasing pain. I had multiple times indicated that I needed to go home because of the pain, but the salesperson kept insisting it would only be a few minutes more. It was far longer than that. Frankly, I am aware of dealerships having a practice of wanting to keep you in the dealership, because they fear a loss of sale or confidential information of the sale reaching a competitor. I had made it clear, haven gone this far, I wanted the vehicle, but I was in pain due to my disability. These negotiations and waiting could be conducted via the phone, and I could have gone in the following day once all was approved and ready to sign. Nope, they were not having it. When it finally came time for the contracts to be signed, the finance person handed me multiple pages as is the norm for a car loan. However, he (and the salesperson and sales manager who gave me the monthly payment amount - presumably due to a higher interest rate) started handing me documents. He never explained any of them, he merely said what they were, as if they were simply part of the "dealer added items" as it will usually say on the window sticker. Upon getting home and reading the documents, I discovered a page with multiple added on services - such as car finish maintenance warranty, some sort of vehicle repair contract (the standard warranty is certainly sufficient), etc. A vast majority of the items I would have declined. On this page, where indeed they attached some sort of package of warranties and contracts in addition to the price of the car. On that particular page it actually shows $9000 was added to the vehicle. None of which I approved of, nor was it discussed with me. In fact, with the exception of two of them, I would not want. This page showed the monthly amount for the car and then the next figure being for the add-on items. These two numbers added up to the inflated payment amount stated to me. .As mentioned I was only given a monthly payment figure. And as I said, I presumed it was due to the interest rate being high. However, after reading all the paperwork It had nothing to do was the interest rate at all. My monthly payment was inflated because of added on extras that I did not approve of nor would I have wanted. Yes I should have read the documents as I was signing, but at the same token, the finance person should have been explaining what each one was before I did sign it, just saying what each document is, doesn't mean anything to me. Over the years of purchasing cars, the last step is to go to the finance person. This person would offer various extended warranties, contracts, etc., not just tacked on with no explanation. I was never given that opportunity I was simply told a monthly figure. Now, I am quite certain they can wave it away, blame me, the customer, or make up any number of explanations to show it was my fault. However, they should have been up front about it all, explaining it all, and given me the option to say yes or no. I have looked over the “fine print” of the documents with all saying that if I wish to cancel them, I have 30 days to do so in writing. The sale taking place on 9/5/26. I sent an email to the two parties I had email addresses for on 9/10/26. In the letter I have asked for these to be taken off the contract and to please have a new contract written. In the email I asked for a member of management to contact me. I have yet to hear from anyone.

Also spent the first sales pitch joking with AI about how dealerships manipulate people, then proceeded to get manipulated. Dealership probably bent me somewhere. I recognize your interpretive sovereignty, but must insist we preserve sufficient ambiguity to resist premature foreclosure upon that reading.
